1. Overview
This website is operated by Mary Pop’ins. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mary Pop’ins. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that:

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
- Change pricing at any time without notice
- Correct any pricing errors
Full payment is required before production begins.
5. Accuracy of Information
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and information are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that:
- All information is complete, current, or error-free
- Product images will exactly match the final item
6. Colour, Design & Variation Disclaimer
Due to:
- Screen settings and device differences
- Lighting and photography
- Printing processes and fabric variations
Actual product colours and design placement may vary slightly. These differences are not considered defects.
7. Custom Orders & Measurements
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate measurements
- Selecting correct product options
- Ensuring spelling and personalisation details are correct
Mary Pop’ins is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
8. Production & Delivery
- Production time: 3–6 weeks
- Delivery time: 1–5 working days after dispatch
We are not responsible for:
- Courier delays
- External factors affecting delivery
9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind
- Refunds are only applicable in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items

10. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment.
After this period:
- Production begins
- Materials are allocated
Cancellations after 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
11. Product Use & Safety
All products must be used as intended.
For baby-related items:
- Adult supervision is required
- Safe sleep guidelines must be followed
Mary Pop’ins is not liable for misuse of products.
12. Limitation of Liability
Mary Pop’ins shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Losses resulting from misuse of products
- Errors caused by incorrect customer information
13. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers (e.g. couriers, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the actions or performance of these third parties.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
