Our lead time is 4-6 weeks to ensure every product is handmade with the utmost care and precision.

2. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Pay a 50% deposit upfront, with the balance due before delivery, or use Payflex on our website for flexible payments.

3. Can I customise my order?
Absolutely! We offer unlimited customisation to match your nursery’s theme, including colours, patterns, and personalized names.

5. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if the error is a fault of our own.

6. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, so you can monitor its progress.

7. What products are included in your combos?
Our combos are curated to suit various budgets and include essential nursery items. Combo 39 is our best-seller!

8. Do you have a shop?

We do not , however you're welcome to arrange to come in and see us at our physical address , pre-arranged appointments only.

9.Can I collect my items?

Yes , you're welcome to arrange collection of your items as soon as we have notified you they are ready for collection.

HOW TO ORDER

Step 1: Get in Touch with Us
Contact us via email, phone, or through our website to begin your custom order journey.

Step 2: Share Your Ideas
Discuss your preferred themes, colours, and styles so we can bring your vision to life.

Step 3: Invoice & Sizing Details
We’ll send you an invoice and request your sizing and order details to finalise everything.

Step 4: Deposit & Initial Designs
Once your deposit is received, we’ll start working on your designs (takes 3-5 business days).

Step 5: Approval & Layout
After you approve the designs, we’ll prepare the layout for production.

Step 6: Printing & Pressing
Your order is sent for printing and pressing to ensure high-quality materials.

Step 7: Quality Check (QC)
Once the fabric is printed, we perform a quality check to ensure there are no misprints or errors.

Step 8: Manufacturing
After QC, your items move into manufacturing, where every detail is crafted with care.

Step 9: Final QC & Photos
We conduct another round of quality checks and take photos of the completed items.

Step 10: Final Payment
We’ll send you the photos, and the balance of your payment is required before dispatch.

Step 11: Shipping or Collection
We’ll arrange a courier for delivery or organise collection. Delivery takes 1–5 business days.
