Made to Order

All Mary Pop’ins products are made to order with care.

  • Production time: 3–6 weeks from payment confirmation
  • Each item is handmade and customised specifically for you

Please note: production time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been completed and dispatched:

  • Delivery takes 1–5 working days within South Africa
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location
  • Size and weight of your order

Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly displayed before payment.

International Shipping

We currently primarily ship within South Africa 🇿🇦

If you are located outside South Africa, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.

Delays

While we do our best to meet all timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Public holidays
  • Courier delays
  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

Mary Pop’ins is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that:

  • Your delivery address is correct and complete
  • Someone is available to receive the parcel

Mary Pop’ins will not be held responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Parcels returned due to customer error

Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once your order has been handed over to the courier:

  • Risk transfers to the customer
  • We are not liable for lost or delayed parcels

However, we will always assist in:

  • Tracking your parcel
  • Communicating with the courier

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Order Changes

Orders cannot be changed once production has started.

If you need to make changes:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order
