How long does production take?
Our standard production time is 3–6 weeks from payment confirmation.
Because everything is custom-made, we take the time to ensure perfect quality and detail before dispatch.
How long is delivery?
Once your order is completed and fully paid:
- Delivery takes 1–5 working days across South Africa
- You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched
Can I customise my order?
Absolutely! Customisation is at the heart of Mary Pop'ins.
You can request:

How do I wash my items?
To keep your products looking beautiful:

Are your products safe for babies?

All items are made using baby-safe, hypoallergenic materials.
However, products like baby nests and bumpers should always be used under supervision and according to safe sleep guidelines.
Can you make custom sizes?
Yes!
We can customise items like:

Simply send us your measurements and we'll make it to fit perfectly.
When do I pay?
A 50% deposit payment is required upfront to begin production. As each item is made specifically for you, we do offer a few different payment and lay-by options.
Do you accept returns?
Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there is a fault or issue from our side, we will absolutely make it right 🤍

Yes! We offer curated sets like:

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we mainly ship within South Africa.
