1. What is your lead time for custom orders?
Our lead time for custom-made products is 4-6 weeks, as each item is handcrafted with care and precision. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
2. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! You can pay a 50% deposit upfront and the balance before delivery. Alternatively, we offer Payflex on our website for flexible payment options.
3. Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! We offer unlimited customization. You can choose colors, patterns, and even personalized names to match your nursery theme.
4. Do you ship internationally?
No we don't ship to international locations. Please note that should you wish to order you would need to arrange your own collection.
5. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund after inspection.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
7. Do you offer refunds or returns?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds and returns are only available for defective items. Please review our Returns Policy for full details.
8. What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We also offer free shipping on orders over certain amounts
