Important Notes Regarding Custom Design and Digital Images
1. Custom Design Process:
All custom designs are tailored to your specifications. Please provide as much detail as possible, including colours, patterns, themes, and any specific ideas you have.
Once submitted, design changes may not be possible depending on the production stage.
2. Approval of Digital Mockups (if provided):
Digital mockups are created based on your input and sent for approval before production begins.
Please review mockups carefully, as approved designs will proceed directly to production.
3. Accuracy of Digital Images:
Colors and patterns in digital images may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
We ensure the final product closely matches the approved design.
4. Intellectual Property:
Custom designs created by Mary Popins remain the intellectual property of the brand and may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Lead Time and Communication:
Custom designs require a lead time of 3-5 days to create. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
